Where I Come From
Growing Up in the Heart of
Los Alamitos & Rossmoor
Some people discover a community they love. I was lucky enough to be born into one. I grew up in the Rossmoor Highlands, attended the local schools, played in the local A.Y.S.O. soccer league, and spent my summers at Seal Beach riding waves and chasing sunsets.
I marched in the Seal Beach Christmas Parade with my school band — proudly playing the recorder — and attended community festivals at Rush Park. I took swim lessons at the Los Alamitos High School pool, played volleyball on the Seal Beach sand, and grew up on Thrifty's ice cream and Saturday movies at the Super Saver Cinema Seven. I can still picture shopping at the old Boston Store with my grandmother. Some of those places are gone now, but the memories — and the community that made them — never left.
These communities were not just the backdrop of my childhood. They shaped who I became. The warmth, the safety, the neighbors who knew your name — all of it left a mark that never faded.
Real estate gave me a way to give that back. Every home I sell is a chance to help someone else find what I already have: deep roots, genuine connection, and a place that truly feels like theirs.
